Welcome to BeefHunt, a platform for connecting individuals in the LGBTQ+ community. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the BeefHunt website (the “Service”) operated by BeefHunt (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Posting any content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, or offensive.

You grant BeefHunt a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of your content. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by this reference. We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. In no event shall BeefHunt, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
